when you say (Capo 1 - Play C) how do you normally do it? Do you play the chord in the next higher note or do you have a special capo or way to do it?
In the context of this song, there are 2 ways to play it: 1. use your index finger to barre the first fret throughout and play the chords as shown or 2. transpose the chords to the next higher note as you have mentioned. Hope that helps. :)
